Welcome to the CTRF website 

Chase Tenants and Residents Federation is the umbrella organisation for 10 affiliated Residents Associations in the Cannock Chase District. Based in Cannock we provide advice and support to tenants and residents across the whole District. 

We are a voluntary, non-political group whose members attend many meetings and forums in the area to represent the views of tenants and residents. We are funded by Cannock Chase Council but we work independently of the Council. We are consulted by the council prior to new policies being implemented.

We also work with outside organisations such as; Staffordshire County Council, Voluntary Organisations in the District, Staffordshire Police, Street Wardens, South Staffs PCT and the Fire Service.

Our main aim is to ensure that decisions made about the Cannock Chase area, should involve the people who live within it. We try to ensure that by supporting tenants and residents, their voices can be heard and positive action taken.
